All elements on our Site are protected under the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code. As a result, any reproduction, whether total or partial, or imitation without our express, prior, and written consent is prohibited.
It is strictly forbidden to collect and use the information available on the Site for commercial purposes.
This prohibition applies in particular, without limitation, to all editorial content on the Site, screen layouts, software required for operation, logos, images, photos, and graphics of any kind.

Access

The Site is intended for any person (hereinafter referred to as the "User") who wishes to submit a spontaneous application or access a specific job offer proposed by the Company.
Please note that the "your space" service is accessible only via login and password.
The Company reserves the right to modify, improve, and enhance the services offered on the Site at any time.

Company Commitments

Access to Site Services

The Company undertakes to use all available means to offer the best services to the User and facilitate access.
To this end, the Company strives to keep the Site accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
However, access may be interrupted by the Company or its hosting providers for maintenance or other technical reasons. In such cases, the Company will endeavor to inform the User in advance and minimize the duration of the interruption.
The Company also reserves the right to interrupt access to services without liability in cases such as attacks on the Site (viruses, malicious intrusions, etc.) that may affect the capacity, security, and integrity of processing or data; discovery of illegal content; or suspension/restriction requests from administrative or judicial authorities or third-party notices.

Data Security and Confidentiality

The Company complies with the amended Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, known as the Data Protection Act, in processing the User’s personal data.
The Company undertakes to ensure the security of the data to prevent it from being altered, damaged, or disclosed to unauthorized third parties, and to use it solely for managing spontaneous or job-related applications and their follow-up.
The Company cannot be held liable to the User for loss or disappearance of data due to force majeure or third-party actions.

User Commitments

The User undertakes to take all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality and preservation of their access code and not to share it with anyone.
The Company or any other Group entity using the Site cannot be held responsible for fraudulent use of the access code.
Any operation carried out on the Site using the User’s login credentials is deemed to be performed by the User and engages their responsibility.
The Site is intended solely to facilitate the Company’s recruitment process. It must be accessed by the User only to consult job offers and submit applications. Accordingly, the User is prohibited from using their personal space or any free-text areas on the Site for any unlawful purpose, including sending messages or uploading violent, defamatory, or illegal content.

Data Protection

CNIL Registration and Personal Data Protection

User information is processed confidentially by authorized HR personnel of the Company, by external recruitment firms that the Company may engage, and by IT service providers involved in the Site’s operation, solely for analyzing the content of CVs submitted by the User and managing recruitment procedures.
No personal information is collected without the User’s knowledge or processed for unintended purposes.

Rights to Object, Access, and Rectify

In accordance with the amended law of January 6, 1978, the User may exercise their rights to object, access, and rectify their data by contacting the site administrator:
