Reports to the local Brand & Communication Manager. Assists with the coordination of events, and the roll out of the external and internal communication initiatives.
- Supports the organisation of internal and external meetings and presentations,
- Helps organize regional “gold” events (communication strategies and programs, activation & activities),
- Participates to the discussions with the different Communication agencies (digital, social media, advertising, events) and in the implementation of the different initiatives as assigned,
- Management of partnerships with digital influencers (merchandising & gifts, communication, invoices, contracts etc.),
- Responsible for the marketing website management (updates, promotions…),
- Controls and follow-up the social media accounts content & management,
- Competition surveillance & analysis : digital marketing strategy,
- Newsletter project : regional communication (updates on current & future activities, foster the community engagement),
- Merchandising project : supports the implementation of the merchandising new procedures,
- Basic office duties as assigned.
Internship conditions :
6 months renewable – 1 year
Begins in January 2025
Education / Qualification:
Currently enrolled in accredited university/college program in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or Business Management with Marketing focus
Currently enrolled in accredited university/college program in industrial engineering
Experience needed:
1 year professional experience would be a plus
Language:
(1) Spanish (native or proficient)
(2) English intermediate
