The Outside Sales would be responsible for securing the sales performance of Motul in Pacific North West Region. Ensures the design and implementation of winning regional strategies with retail and wholesale accounts, influencers, events, fairs, leveraging Key Accounts and other central sales resources within the company. Participates in developing and executing sales plans.
·Manages and directs follow-up of the major territorial accounts (dealers, agents, regional groupings…)
·Develops commercial relations with territorial partners and other regional organizers, regional media, etc.
·Build new business relationships with business owners in the automotive aftermarket with distributors, service shops, fleets.
·Ensures the execution of contracts between Motul and its customers and distributors.
·Organizes territorial meetings with other sales department members and clients as necessary to communicate sales programs, marketing initiatives, customer/accounting/supply issues.
·Conducts training to customers on how to sell and use Motul’s products.
·Daily follow-up with client meetings, lead-generation plans, training, coordination of actions, the promotion of Motul’s values.
·Responsible for adhering to the territorial budgets (commercial cooperation, promotions and free) monitoring and control of costs as required.
·Reviews sales data on a regular basis and creates reports for the National Sales Director.
Sales Strategy and Implementation
·Participates in the development of the territorial Sales plan/policy, determining, presenting and following-up the objectives.
·Implements and monitors national sales campaigns, following up, analyzing, and correcting any deviations from plan at the territorial level.
·Monitors competition in terms of prices, products, promotions, etc. and submits reports to senior management on the impact of competition and how to improve Motul’s performance considering these moves.
·Implements and monitors agreements concluded with large national accounts (visits and systematic account rendering).
·Ensures the follow-up of the dashboards (debrief of monthly highlights, plan of prospecting, and monthly forecasts).

Education/ Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
6+ years experience in oil/lubricants
Certifications or Licenses:
Valid Driver License –required.
Motorcycle License also preferred.
Passport to allow international travel
