We are looking for a senior commercial leader to drive the development of our Power Generation & Heavy-Duty portfolio across LATAM, with a strong focus on gas and diesel applications. This role owns local execution of product and sales strategy, working closely with distributors, customers, and regional teams to grow a profitable and sustainable business.
Your Impact
> Develop and expand business opportunities in power generation (gas & diesel) for lubricants and coolants across LATAM
> Build, manage, and grow a strong distributor and customer network
> Define and follow up sales targets, ensuring delivery, margins, and customer satisfaction
> Identify market opportunities, assess distributor capabilities, and recommend go-to-market strategies
> Represent the company with key customers and at industry events
Strategy & Portfolio Ownership
> Translate global product strategy into effective local execution
> Lead product launches, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management (launch, homologation, phase-out)
> Analyze market, competitors, and pricing to define local product positioning
> Own the local product budget, forecasts, and market potential analysis
> Coordinate with HQ and cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical, Regulatory, Customer Service)

Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy, or Business Management
- 7+ years’ experience in power generation, high-horsepower engines, or heavy equipment
- Strong commercial mindset with solid technical understanding (engines, energy, equipment)
- Experience working with distributors and in international environments
- Knowledge of lubricants is a strong plus
