Sales Specialist in Metal Forming (m/f/d)

motivated and eager to grow in industrial B2C & B2B sales.

 

YOUR MISSION:

As Sales Specialist, you support MotulTech’s development in the metalworking segment with a strong focus on HVAC-related applications and aluminium hot forming. This is a hands-on role with structured onboarding and continuous training.

 

You will:

  • Support and contribute to the growth of MotulTech’s industrial business across DACH
  • Learn to develop and apply sales strategies with guidance
  • Identify new opportunities and support customer acquisition and relationship building
  • Support partners and customers with guided hands-on technical expertise
  • Collaborate with the MotulTech Global Business Director and international teams
  • Assist in monitoring market trends to shape targeted sales actions
  • Represent MotulTech at trade fairs, workshops, and international meetings

 

Profile

YOUR PROFILE: QUALIFICATION MEETS PERSONALITY!

You bring both technical credibility and commercial drive:

  • Technical education or comparable experience (engineering, industrial engineering or similar)
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2C & B2B or technical environments , ideally in industrial products, metalworking, HVAC, or lubricants
  • strong interest in industrial sales
  • Solid negotiation and closing skills, with P&L awareness
  • Comfortable working with ERP systems and MS Office
  • good communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Willing to travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Valid Class B driving license
