SAP PP / MM / IBP Functional Expert responsible for deployments and support of corresponding IT solutions for multiple markets across the Company.

Key responsibilities : 

• Adheres to global SAP template and global standards, execute global governance and template management, provides subject matter expertise,
• Helps in identifying global lift & shift opportunities across markets,
• Supports global centre funded projects, participate in SAP implementations and execute project phases as requested by deployment team,
• Accountable for delivery of all business solutions projects within Company in his Functional area,
• Enable desired business outcomes, achieved through partnership with Key Users, Company/BU Leadership and Infra Team,
• Maximize solution commonality and reusability across markets to ensure delivery efficiency and enable the Motul Operating Model,
• Own multiple work streams (sustain, governance, templates, and project implementations) for the PP / MM / IBP functionality,
• Helps drive solution optimization within team,
• Conducts knowledge transfer sessions within IT team as requested,
• Works closely with the other IT functional and technical teams within the Company,
• Partners with other Functional Specialists in SAP IT team,
• Partners with business users,
• Partners with external support vendors.

in additon to this , the expert may :

• Support live markets (incidents/changes/services requests/problems resolution), including periodical on-site presence on factory near the Paris
• Business trips outside of Paris area < 25% (unless project assignment requires more).
• Provide functional solutions in SAP PP / MM / IBP / QM areas,
• Prepare miscellaneous project deliverables within SAP PP / MM / IBP / QM functions (estimate and plan, design, build, test, train, drive final preparation, migration and hypercare),
• Adheres to the internal IT operating model, including technology standards, deployment methodology, release management, change management, and other related processes and procedures,
• Actively engages with the business customers in defining optimal solutions,
• Works with external vendors, including on-shore and offshore resources.

Education / Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• SAP Certifications and/or official trainings in the related modules,
• ITIL Foundation
• Project Management Professional

Experience needed:            

• (8+ years of hands-on SAP configuration skills in PP functional area (Production master data maintenance, Forecast Management, Production Planning, Process Orders Management, Production Planning Reporting) and MM functional area/module (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Physical Inventory, Foreign Trade/Customs, Material Master, Handling Units).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Integrated Business Planner (Demand Planning, S&OP)
• Good understanding of integration points between PP/MM and other related SAP modules (CO, QM, SD, FI), ABAP code reading and debugging skills are also required
• QM experience is beneficial (Quality master data maintenance, Inspection process, Certificate of Analysis management, MM Batches management, Quality Management reporting)
• 10+ years of related IT experience, at least 2 full SAP implementation cycles in PP / MM areas and 1 implementation of IBP (DP and SNOP)
