As part of the Group HR Department, based at our headquarters in Aubervilliers, you will work closely with the Global Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team, interacting daily with HR teams across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas.
Position: HR Apprentice – Compensation & Benefits

Your Main Responsibilities:
Analyse :
- Conduct analysis of internal compensation and benefits practices across countries.
- Participate in market surveys, job evaluations, and benchmarking exercises.
- Support payroll audits and contribute to the preparation of bonus and salary review campaigns
Propose :
- Assist in the design of individual compensation packages for recruitment, promotion, and internal mobility.
- Contribute to the development of international mobility packages.
- Suggest improvements for tools, policies, and processes to enhance C&B practices.
Implement :
- Maintain and update compensation data within our HR system (Talentsoft).
Support & Communicate :
- Prepare communication materials for compensation and benefits campaigns.
Provide support for employee queries, feedback sessions, and campaign debriefs (REX). - Train and support international HR colleagues in the use of C&B tools and processes.What You’ll Gain

What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this position, you’ll rely on the following strengths:
- Strong cultural curiosity, active listening skills, and excellent communication—both written and verbal (fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish, Italian, or German is a plus)
Solid academic background in Human Resources, backed by the completion of a Master's 1 (M1) level degree
At least one internship or 6-month experience in a generalist HR role
Tech-savviness and a data-driven mindset, with ease using HRIS tools and advanced Excel skills
