Motul is also present in the industrial lubricants market globally through its division MotulTech, established in 2001. This division develops high-tech lubricants for metalworking and high-performance lubrication solutions for industrial equipment.

Today, Motul is leveraging its expertise to diversify into new markets. In addition to optimising lubricants for internal combustion engines, the company is actively working on solutions for alternative fuel engines (electric, hydrogen, etc.), as well as products for the maintenance of cars, motorcycles, and bicycles. Its expertise, which originated in motorsport, now reaches a wider audience, from professionals to everyday users.
