In the Business Applications department, the SAP PP/QM domain lead reports to the Front Office & Backoffice Applications manager and is part of functional team working closely with Business.

The domain lead is responsible for:

· Ensuring solution architecture (keep a core model approach)

· Understanding Business processes

· Maintaining knowledge on Business processes implementation

· Managing running activities (requests, incidents, corrective and evolutive maintenance)

· Managing outsourced services related to the domain (TMA, external consultants)

· Managing service delivery, orchestrate tasks and missions of the domain team

· Proposing improvements

· Managing action plan for validated improvements

· Participating to recruitment and performance evaluation of colleagues working for the domain

· Reporting on service delivery and projects of the domain

· Participating to crisis management and communication

· Contributing to Business projects (deployment of core model in new countries, core model enhancement, S/4HANA transition, integration of new SAP satellites…)

· Collaborating with other IT functional and technical teams

· Contributing to Key Users training (train the trainers approach) and training material building

He/She will be the single point of contact of our French plant regarding IT applications.

Education and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• SAP Certifications and/or official trainings in the related modules and solutions (PP, QM, MES, eWM) for SAP R/3 and S/4HANA

 Experience and skills
+10 years’ experience in SAP PP & QM modules

Ability to build functional and technical specifications to deliver to development team

Good relationship with Business stakeholders which is key for our French plant

Ability to work in an international environment within a human-sized team

Mandatory: working languages are French and English

IT knowledge
PP functional areas: production master data maintenance, Forecast Management, Production Planning, Process Orders Management, Production Planning Reporting

QM functional areas: quality master data maintenance, Inspection process, Certificate of Analysis management, MM Batches management, Quality Management reporting

Good understanding of integration points between MM/PP and other related SAP modules (QM, SD, FI, CO)

ABAP code reading and debugging skills are also required

ITIL and project management (waterfall, AGILE/SCRUM, hybrid)
