· Managing customers in Western Cape area. These include workshops and retail stores
· Present, promote and sell products/services.
· Managing and resolving customer problems and complaints
· Analyse the territory and market potential
· Ensure all administrative reporting is done accurately and timeously; ie monthly sales reports, customer activity, competitor activity, market related data, stock requirements, product related data.
· Ensure promotional programs are implemented as planned.
· Keep abreast of best practises and promotional trends
· Plan and manage promotional activities and events with customers
· Ensure customers participation in promotions.
· Price, product, program negotiations
· Customer queries and feedback
· Ensure adequate stock keeping and proper merchandising at retail stores.
· Conduct surveys as and when required to improve market knowledge.
· Update and maintain all systems with all the relevant information timeously.
· Attend and represent the company at sales and marketing functions and events.
· Coordinate and manage training plan with technical manager
