Job description
Oversees the promotion and strategy of sales activities within the bulk oil sector. Analyzes market data to assess customer needs, volume potential, pricing, and discount structures, while supporting the development of targeted sales campaigns.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Develops and increases sales revenue to exceed assigned targets, within the bulk channel.
Be actively involved in a new reseller's sales orientation and sales training programs with our distributor's sales force and our distributor's customers.
Be an expert at selling Engine Oil, Transmission, and brake fluids to specialized distributors. The National Sales Manager-Bulk is the authority when it comes to Motul's products and its competitive edge on the marketplace.
Acts as a resource to resellers in contract opportunities and building proposals within Motul USA guidelines and Sales policy.
Assists resellers with contract negotiations, closing the sale and developing marketing plans for contract accounts.
Manages to get best possible results and to ensure that the right resources are in place to deliver business strategy and facilitate career development and succession planning.
Coordinates and assists in leading sales meetings to include site selection and agenda preparation & presentation on Bulk Channel.
Keeps informed of new products launching, cooperating marketing opportunities and sales incentives with customers.
Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of attaining resellers and assisting resellers in attaining new accounts.
Answers questions from resellers and handles complaints, within Motul USA guidelines and policy.
Profile
Education/ Experience: bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Account Manager in the Automotive industry
MUST HAVE: Relationships and connections with regional Automotive distributors.
MUST HAVE: Deep understanding Automotive mechanics.
Familiarity with the Automotive business is a requirement.
Communication Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Licenses
Valid Driver License –required.
