The E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d) at Motul is responsible for the overall development and implementation of a specified e-commerce strategy. In addition, it is the supervision of all countries in the region to establish an overall online strategy. This includes content, pricing and marketing in close cooperation with the local and international staff.

YOUR TASKS: DIGITAL SALES IS YOUR PASSION

  • Development of strategic concepts and business models to strengthen online distribution Definition of standards for online sales (e.g. pricing, listing, content, marketing strategy, etc.)
  • Integration, Support & coordination  of the online sales strategy into the overall sales & e-commerce activities of the company
  • Driving Motul diversififcation in this channel
  • Frequent contacts with buyers of all Modern Trade networks
  • Identification of growth opportunities and development of action plans
  • Development and implementation of the e-commerce platform
  • Market screening and acquisition of reliable business partners Pricing and evaluation in close cooperation with the sales department
  • Price monitoring of key products and competitors
  • Monitoring of key online channels & competitive analysis
  • Establishment of a reliable and powerful set-up for price monitoring in key markets
  • Acquisition of new sales channels and customers in close cooperation with local colleagues

Profile

 

YOUR PROFILE: QUALIFICATION MEETS PERSONALITY!

  • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce management
  • Successfully completed degree in business administration/marketing or comparable
  • Extensive knowledge in project management
  • Customer and result oriented way of working
  • Strong digital affinity and very good IT skills
  • High degree of self-organization and flexibility
  • Fluent in Polish & English language, written and spoken
  • Driver's licence
