We are the Japanese entity in the MOTUL group. We are a dedicated company to do the research and development for the technology related to lubricants and cooling fluids. The major clients are 2 wheels, 4 wheels, outboard engines and construction machine manufacturers in Japan and Asia.

·         Development of lubricants for the new IC engines, driveline systems, engines for alternative fuels and motorsports.

·         Improvement in performance for the existing products designed for motorsports.

·         Development of new test methods for the performance evaluation.

·         Competitive analysis of competitors’ and MOTUL products.

·         Presentation and introduction of new technologies to both new and incumbent clients and prospects, technical discussion with the incumbent clients.

·         Collaboration to the internal stakeholders, suppliers, and 3rd party institutes.

·         Formulation development of lubricants, development of the test method for lubricants and management of the precision of such methods.
