Motul is looking for her/his HRIS Junior Administrator Apprentice for September 2024

In this multi-skilled role, you will support the Group HRIS Manager in all our HR processes & multiple HR tools, and your main tasks will be as follows:

Working on the day-to-day operation of our HRIS tools:
- Worldwide users support (HR, Managers, Employees)
- Resolving 1st level incidents for all our entities
- Production and use of global monthly reports
- Leading presentations/demonstrations and training sessions for new users and our international HR colleagues

Provide daily support on HRIS group projects:
- Overhaul of our international job repository
- Updating our global skills library
- Deployment of an international HR intranet portal
- Production and deployment of communication and change management support kits for all our HRIS projects

Participating in the roll-out of HRIS development projects:
- Monitoring requests for changes from users
- Steering and monitoring improvements/updates to new HRIS systems
- Support for change management, drafting and implementing user guides
- Supporting configuration, acceptance tests and monitoring content updates
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our practices, tools and processes

Profile

Skills:
- Theoretical knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, talent, C&B, onboarding, development, etc.) backed up by a valid Bachelor's degree or business school diploma.
- Initial experience in HR administration or HRIS would be appreciated
- Reliable IT skills and an appetite for data (HRIS/Excel) required
- Ability to learn quickly, to listen, to be organized, rigorous and curious about HRIS tools
- Teamwork in a cross-functional role with international teams

Language
· French required and profesional English language expected
· Another spoken language would be a plus
