As Business Development Manager Baltics (m/f/d) you are responsible for the development of the sales structure and sales management in the region according to the specifications of MOTUL Deutschland GmbH. You open new market segments and business areas and promote strategic market development.

YOUR TASKS: SALES IS YOUR PASSION

  • Implement Motul's long-term vision, mission, values and goals, in collaboration with the entire sales team
  • Build a region wide network and develop and implement sales strategy. Develop and review guidelines, pricing, product mix and brand portfolio
  • Regular monitoring and review of sales performance and improvement of sales strategies
  • Monitor sales figures and annual targets of distributors/wholesalers Develop and lead efforts to meet overall sales plan in area of responsibility
  • Develop and maintain business contacts with distributors, wholesalers, repair shops and MOTUL customers
  • Actively contact potential customers and acquire new customers in the motorcycle and automotive industries
  • Preparation and delivery of customer offers in close cooperation with distributors, wholesalers and workshops
  • Participation in sales meetings of customers, wholesalers and distributors Development, implementation and support of MOTUL promotions
  • Monitoring of customer orders and control of their timely execution Carrying out competitor analyses
  • Cooperation with original equipment manufacturers, associations (motorsports, industry associations, etc.) and the press
  • Representation of MOTUL at trade fairs, motorsport events, associations

Profile

YOUR PROFILE: QUALIFICATION MEETS PERSONALITY!

  • University degree (Bachelor)
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Business Development and Sales, coming from the lubricants/automotive sector
  • Traceable 3 years of experience in Sales / Sales & Marketing
  • General knowledge in operations related systems (ERP) and profound knowledge of MS Office  (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Field tested technical skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Financial understanding and experience. In his previous organization he must have knowledge of costing & margin  calculations and a good understanding of P&L and Supply Chain
  • Demonstrable success in negotiation of high value contracts with customers
  • Knowledge and experience of making Marketing & Promotion strategy at global level; comprising of:
  • Selection and implementation of proper marketing tools to increase the market share
  • Customer specific strategy
  • Experience in global logistics and material movement projects and cost understanding in such projects
  • Language: business fluent English skills (verbal and written)
