Global PIM Product Owner is responsible for the quality of the product database in PIM ( product information management system), system development ,  the proper functioning and improvement of all IT and digital tools related to the products and digital assets. It guarantees good governance of product data, determines, develops and implements all the processes linked to these tools and data. 
All of these digital touchpoints are used for Consumer, B2B products and advertising materials worldwide. 

 Your role at Motul :


-Oversee the ongoing management and upkeep of the PIM (Product Information Management) system, ensuring seamless operation. 

- Collaborate with system vendor/integrator (Incony) to manage tickets, resolve issues, and implement new change and development requests.


-Lead the set-up and global roll-out of the DAM (Digital Asset Management) system based on Bynder. 

-Design and deliver training programs for users worldwide to ensure effective use of both PIM and DAM systems. 

-Drive the evolution of tools, implementing automation to enhance data quality and streamline processes. 

-Define, document, and update operational processes and procedures for end-users, fostering standardization and efficiency. 

-Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and synchronization of product and pricing data across all platforms and connected systems (e.g., SAP, CRM). 

-Oversee the ongoing maintenance and updates of product catalogs on B2B platforms and Webhub. 

-Ensure high-quality, accurate product information within the PIM system, maintaining relevance and accuracy for global markets. 


- Lead initiatives to automate product data processes, making data management more scalable and efficient across diverse regions. 


-Provide global training to equip users with the skills needed for effective data management. 

-Continuously refine data rules to improve product search relevance, ensuring customers find accurate and useful results in B2B and B2C frontend systems 


- Monitor and ensure data consistency across the search engine, PIM, and SAP, identifying and addressing any discrepancies. 

-Oversee the management and upkeep of the Motul QR platform, ensuring it functions seamlessly. 

 

-Work closely with Product, Business Units (BUs), and Communication teams to coordinate QR code creation and manage digital storage. 


-Provide training to key users on QR platform functionalities to ensure effective use and alignment with business needs. 

Profil

 Your profile :

-Desired experience: + 4years of experience 

-Excellent understanding of the processes and digital tools related to the product 

-Good use and understanding of how SAP works, especially the MM module 

-Interest in IT tools, new technologies and Digital 

-Knowledge of the Market and Business 

-Knowledge of the automotive business/ petroleum industry: Will be the plus

-Good Sense of responsibility 

-Team spirit

-Positive attitude & Force of proposal
