Job description

SAP SD / C4C / B2B Functional Specialist will be responsible for delivering SAP SD related IT solutions for multiple markets across the Company.

 · Ensures the administration of users and rights associated with the needs of the user directions in accordance with the procedures defined
· Performs or follows the maintenance and evolution of the SAP Core Model
 · Support live markets (incidents/changes/services requests/problems resolution)
· Provide functional solutions and improvements in SAP SD / C4C / B2B areas,
· Manages transport in between systems, management of Idocs and other technical interfaces (webservice, iFlows etc.)
· Defines and maintains procedures for the administration of SAP and the manages interfaces with the peripheral systems (CRM, BI, B2B, EDI etc.)
· Prepare miscellaneous project deliverables within SAP SD / C4C / B2B function (estimate and plan, design, build, test, train, drive final preparation, migration and hypercare),
· Adheres to the internal IT operating model, including technology standards, deployment methodology, release management, change management, and other related processes and procedures,
· Actively engages with the business customer in defining optimal solutions,
· Works with external vendors, including on-shore and offshore resources.
· Adheres to global SAP template and global standards, supports global governance and template management, provides subject matter expertise,
· Helps in identifying global lift & shift opportunities across markets,
· Supports global center funded projects, helps deliver for the Company.
· Accountable for delivery of all business solutions projects within Company in his Functional area,
· Enable desired business outcomes, achieved through partnership with Key Users, Company/BU Leadership and Infra Team,
· Meet quality, cost and on time delivery KPIs for each project,
· Maximize solution commonality and reusability across markets to ensure delivery efficiency and enable the Motul Operating Model,
· Own multiple work streams (sustain, governance, templates, and project implementations) for the SD / C4C / B2B functionality,
· Executes and Leads delivery of enhancements and Continuous Improvements,
· Develops, executes and maintains test plans and test cases,
· Gathers technical requirements and assists with design solution,
· Tests application incident resolutions and/or enhancements,
· Creates updated solutions, frequently asked question (FAQ) and training documents,
· Provides input and recommendations to enhancement solution designs,
· Helps drive solution optimization within team,
· Conducts knowledge transfer sessions within IT team as requested,
· Provides post go-live support and successful hypercare exit,
· Ensure compliance with data standards,
· Participate in SAP project phases as requested by deployment team,
· Performs transport synchronization between landscapes as requested,


Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT required,



 · More than 5 years of hands-on SAP configuration skills in designated SD functional area/module (Order Management, Logistics Execution, Billing, Shipments, CRM, C4C, idoc concept, web services), good understanding of integration points between SD and other modules (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Production Planning and Manufacturing), ABAP code reading and debugging skills are also required,

· Or more than 5 years of related IT experience, 2 full SAP implementation cycles.

Knowledge/Technical Competencies:

· Knowledge of integration points in logistics area (MM/ SD / C4C / B2B) and related business processes,

· Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook),

· Knowledge and experience in following tools, disciplines and processes would be an advantage: SAP Solution Manager, ITIL tools & processes, KACE Service desk, project implementation and production support experience.



· Proficient in written & spoken English,

· A good command of French would be an advantage
