What You'll Do:



  • Drive Explosive Growth: Develop and execute strategic direct sales plans to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts, with a focus on both B2B and B2C channels.

  • Dominate the Digital Space: Lead the strategy and execution of online sales growth, collaborating closely with marketing and operations to optimize the customer journey and maximize revenue.

  • Become a Market Maestro: Identify emerging market trends and customer needs, translating them into tailored sales strategies that capture market share.

  • Build Lasting Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners, fostering long-term loyalty and driving sustainable growth.

  • Innovate and Influence: Collaborate with the product team to recommend and launch new products based on market demands, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution and optimize sales performance.

Profile

What You'll Bring:



  • Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in business development, direct sales, or key account management, with a demonstrable history of exceeding targets.

  • E-commerce Expertise: Strong understanding of e-commerce sales and digital business models, with a passion for driving online growth.

  • Hunter & Farmer Mentality: Ability to balance new business acquisition with nurturing existing client relationships.

  • Expert Negotiator: Exceptional negotiation, influence, and closing skills, with the ability to build rapport and secure deals.

  • Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Communication Champion: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting platforms, and digital sales platforms (preferred).
