We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in Mexico. You will lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets across multiple segments and channels.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and ongoing support.
- Forecast sales volumes and profit margins accurately, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Develop and manage the sales budget and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and continuously improve sales processes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of successful sales experience preferrably in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationships and connections with regional automotive distributors.
- Excellent leadership, people management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., SAP) preferred.
