As a National Sales Manager you are you are responsible to develop MOTUL business in Romania and Moldova, build strong partnerships with Motul importers and grow Motul share in their assortment. You will coordinate sales and marketing activities provided to MOTUL importers and make all efforts to increase MOTUL’s brand awareness and visibility.

YOUR TASKS: SALES IS YOUR PASSION
- Implementation of the ambitious growth plan for the Romania and Moldova
- Strong development of the distribution network and market penetration
- Straight forward leadership of the local team and management of the distributors
- Increase of brand awareness and visibility
- Conquer new sales channels and market opportunities
- Implementation of a permanent market, competitor and potential monitoring / research
- Pro-active and continuously deepen of the market knowledge
- Consulting and support of existing importers
- Pricing strategy and execution
- Building and execution of a strong and dedicated marketing plan together with Marketing Department
- Strong leadership with ability to encourage and motivate people
- Full P & L responsibility
- Direct reporting to the Cluster Manager South-East Europe
- Implementation of an effective sales controlling (internal & external)
- Regular Price monitoring
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports, statistics, analysis
- Preparation and control of price lists and discounts for the importers
YOUR PROFILE: QUALIFICATION MEETS PERSONALITY!
- Strong and proven background in the automotive aftermarket and/ or lubricant industry
- Good network into the automotive spare parts companies
- Fruitful professional career in the area of Sales / Marketing with widespread tasks and steadily personal and career development
- Proofed working and success story in the relevant main areas
- Several years of experience in an international business environment
- Sound commercial understanding
- Good level of leadership skills with a proven record of leading experiences
- Customer and result oriented way of working
- High degree of self-organization and flexibility
- Business fluent in English written and spoken
