About the position
Part of the Global Product Team, you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
- Define short-term and long-term product development roadmaps.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor products.
- Stay informed about industry innovations, technologies, and regulatory standards.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch.
- Work closely with R&D teams to ensure products are innovative, high-quality, and align with market demands.
- Implement testing processes to ensure the functionality, safety, and effectiveness of all products of the ranges.
- Collaborate with design teams to create attractive and informative product packaging.
- Ensure that branding elements align with the overall brand strategy.
- Develop and execute product launch strategies, working closely with marketing teams to create effective campaigns.
- Provide training and support materials for internal teams and retail partners.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Implement analytics tools to monitor the performance of products in the market.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed decisions.
