What You'll Do Tender, Track, and Trace Freight Tender freight and coordinate pickups, delivery appointments, and shipment requirements with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and 3PL partners. Track and trace domestic and international shipments from pickup through final delivery. Support transportation across parcel, LTL, full truckload, LCL, ocean, and other freight modes. Monitor shipment milestones and proactively follow up on delays, missed appointments, damages, shortages, and other incidents. What You Bring Education Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, or related field required. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) is a plus, not a requirement. Experience 3-5 years experience in transportation, freight coordination, logistics operations, shipping, or supply chain function. Hands-on experience tendering, tracking, and tracing freight across one or more modes, such as parcel, LTL, truckload, LCL, or ocean. Experience coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, suppliers, or 3PL partners. Working knowledge of bills of lading, shipping documents, freight terms, and shipment exception management. Knowledge of Incoterms and basic import and export compliance is preferred. Responsable de l’installation, du dépannage, des réparations et de l’entretien des équipements de production et d’installation conformément aux systèmes et processus de sécurité, de prévision, et de maintenance productive, afin de s’assurer que le site est en parfait état de fonctionnement. Participe aux études et à la gestion des dossiers liés aux transferts, au stockage et à la fabrication des huiles, et veille à l’application efficace des procédures. · Effectue des opérations de maintenance préventive des installations de transfert et de fabrication, conformément au calendrier établi par responsable maintenance et la GMAO (Système informatisé de gestion de la maintenance). · Détecte les opérations défectueuses, le matériel défectueux et signale ces situations, ainsi que celles inhabituelles à la direction, · Fournit réparations d’urgence et de maintenance programmées de l’équipement de fabrication. Diagnostique les problèmes, remplace ou répare les pièces, teste et effectue les réglages, · Participe à la définition du plan de maintenance préventive, et effectue les opérations de maintenance associées, sous contrôle et surveillance de la GMAO, · Organise et réapprovisionne le stock de pièces de rechange pour faciliter le bon fonctionnement continu du site, · Effectue des opérations de maintenance correctives sur les machines, en fonction des demandes d’intervention confiées par le responsable maintenance et le responsable de production, · Prépare et exécute le programme de maintenance électromécanique du parc de machines, dans un soucis permanent de sécurité des biens et des personnes, · Réalise les diagnostics de panne demandés, et met en place les actions correctrices pour restaurer l’équipement à son état de fonctionnement normal (en termes de performance, fonctionnalités et sécurité), · Effectue toutes les interventions dont il/elle est responsable conformément aux procédures et règles Qualité Environnement, Santé et Sécurité applicables,

The scope is composed of mainly SAP ERP FI/CO domain (ECC6 then S/4HANA), Procure to Pay and eInvoicing.
