We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QC Laboratory Technician to join our Quality team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and compliance of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. You will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, R&amp;D, and Quality teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, traded products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications
Review and validate supplier Certificates of Analysis and issue CoAs for finished products
Record, manage, and verify laboratory data in LIMS, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance
Maintain statistical data for process monitoring and quality reporting
Support investigations of out-of-specification (OOS) results, including re-sampling, testing, and data collection
Assist in root cause analysis and documentation of non-conforming materials
Participate in product and process audits and provide analytical support for customer requirements and technical service activities
Maintain laboratory operations, including equipment calibration, maintenance, method implementation, and sample/document control
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including optimization of testing methods and laboratory procedures
Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, R&amp;D, and Quality teams to support production and quality objectives
Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory standards, and safety requirements, and support internal/external audits&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
What We’re Looking For
Familiarity with analytical techniques and laboratory equipment
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of LIMS and quality systems is a plus
Knowledge of physicochemical testing methods and laboratory techniques
Ability to perform analysis and accurately interpret results
Experience identifying and supporting investigation of out-of-specification (OOS) results
Familiarity with laboratory method validation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Understanding of statistical tools for monitoring and controlling quality parameters
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data recording, analysis, and reporting.
Education &amp; Experience
Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific field preferred.
Technical diploma or equivalent laboratory training in chemical analysis or quality control may be considered with relevant experience
1–3 years of laboratory or quality control experience preferably in: lubricants, metalworking fluids, specialty chemicals, petrochemicals, industrial manufacturing environments

Motul’s IT Department is hiring a permanent Finance Domain Expert to support and coordinate the global integration of the Finance domain. The scope covers SAP FI/CO as well as connected finance applications (SAP Concur, Kyriba), partner solutions (ESKER), and integration with other SAP modules.
Leveraging strong SAP FI/CO expertise, the consultant will manage run activities (incidents, service requests, changes, and enhancements) in close collaboration with our nearshore AMS partner. The consultant will also contribute to strategic initiatives, acting as a finance subject-matter expert and co-leading finance-driven business projects as needed.
The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, working effectively in a self-directed environment. He will partner with Finance stakeholders, promote best practices, and coach key users on finance applications and processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Run Activities (60%) — Incidents, changes, and service requests
·       Coordinate the AMS platform in Casablanca to ensure timely ticket resolution.
·       Coordinate the rollout of P2P initiatives across the group, including SAP MM/FI integration points.
·       Coordinate the rollout and continuous improvement of ESKER services (e-invoicing, OCR, accounts receivable) with the partner.
·       Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into appropriate system solutions; validate and document requirements, including legal and compliance needs.
·       Ensure consistency of the global finance applications architecture across all group subsidiaries.
·       Identify improvement opportunities and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
·       Facilitate workshops to capture and consolidate business requirements.
Projects (30%)
·       Contribute to the company’s strategic initiatives as an SAP FI/CO subject-matter expert.
·       Serve as IT project manager (under the global coordination of the Change Office) for finance-focused projects.
·       Act as the FI/CO stream control tower for the ECC6 to S/4HANA migration project (RISE; signed).
Business Support (10%)
·       Develop and enable key users to improve autonomy in resolving Level 1 tickets.
·       Deliver ad hoc key-user training and provide user support as required.

·       Electronic invoicing (IT/FR/DE/ES/MX/BR/US…) for invoice issuance and receipt.
·       Bank integrations (bank statements, F110 payment runs).

Missions Principales : 50 % labelling &amp; Packaking et 50% réglémentation
  
Validation de la Conformité des Étiquettes et du Packaging :
 - Vérifier la conformité des étiquettes des produits de la marque Motul.
- Assurer que le labelling et packaging respectent les exigences réglementaires européennes et mondiales (recyclabilité, informations légales, etc.).
- Assister Sabrine, notre Labelling and Packaging Regulatory Engineer, dans la gestion et la mise en conformité des informations sur les emballages et les étiquettes des produits.

Gestion de la Base de Données Recyclabilité : 
- Aider à la mise à jour d'une base de données sur la recyclabilité des produits Motul à l’échelle mondiale et européenne.
- Identifier et documenter les réglementations de recyclabilité dans les différents pays (en particulier en Europe et dans les différents états aux USA).
- Analyser et compiler les exigences spécifiques des différents éco-organismes (Citeo, Cyclevia, etc.) et des autorités locales en matière de recyclabilité.

Suivi de la Conformité Réglementaire :
 - Participer au suivi des déclarations annuelles des produits auprès des éco-organismes, notamment Citeo et Cyclevia.
- Collaborer avec les équipes locales dans chaque pays pour garantir que les produits respectent les normes et la réglementation sur la recyclabilité.

Collaboration avec l’Équipe Internationale :
- Travailler avec les membres de l’équipe en France, au Brésil et aux États-Unis.
- Assurer une communication efficace en anglais pour les échanges avec les équipes internationales.
- Assister dans la rédaction et la gestion de la documentation en anglais, conformément aux exigences des réglementations mondiales. 
 
 Créer une base de données FDS matières 1eres via le logiciel de création de fds Lisam/Excess  :
Intégrer le listing de toutes les matières 1eres (+ de 700)  
Mettre à jour la base des fds  
Créer une base coordonnées fournisseurs matières 1eres  
Créer une base interne de communication pour la mise à jour de ces fds via courriel (interne Usine + parties prenantes stockage/transport) + réaliser une campagne massive de mise à jour

A propos de toi : 
-Tu prépares un Master en Chimie, QSE/HSE (ou équivalent), avec une spécialisation ou un intérêt pour la réglementation des produits chimiques et la gestion de la recyclabilité.
- Tu as une nonne compréhension des réglementations internationales et européennes sur les produits chimiques, le recyclage, et la conformité des emballages.

- Tu as une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.

The Business Process Owner (BPO) – B2B platform is the long-term business owner of our global B2B e-commerce Platform, a major and strategic tool, channeling a significant part of the company’s global turnover.

Your role :

·       Define the business scope, objectives, and priorities for the B2B platform, ensuring a strong understanding of the needs of the different B2B customer segments.

What You Bring
3-8 years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket, preferably in lubricants and oil.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.
Deep understanding of lubricant products and applications in the automotive segment.
Proven history of autonomous field work: identifying prospects, conducting shop visits, cold calling, nurturing accounts face‑to‑face,

High degree of autonomy and organization; able to prioritize effectively across a wide territory.

Willingness to travel frequently up to 70% of the time (valid driver license required).

What You Will Be Doing
Drive PCMO sales growth throughout the Northeast U.S. region (Boston) by building strong relationships with existing/new repair shops and distributors, by effectively calling and visiting both retail and distributor’s sales teams.   
Identify and onboard new business with repair shops, fleet operators and municipalities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with Motul’s national objectives.
Represent Motul at key Industry events, Customer visits, and training sessions.
Deliver product training and support on Motul’s products to customers ensuring optimal application and while driving increased sales and satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust tactics to meet regional goals.
Collaborate with the marketing, supply chain, technical and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage contracts, support collections, and ensure regional budget compliance.

We are looking for a Lead Territory Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-potential territory across Southern California. This role is designed for a hands-on, technically strong sales professional with metalworking experience who is ready to take the next step toward leadership. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with strategic sales execution, protecting and growing your territory while developing strong, long-term relationships with key accounts in CNC machining, aerospace manufacturing, and metal forming operations.
The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, capable of managing sales activity while supporting technical initiatives in the field.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute territory growth strategies, focusing on existing accounts to maximize value.
Analyze market potential and assess the value of current and prospective customers to drive territory growth.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor on metalworking fluids and forming lubricants to distributors and customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, ensuring excellent service and solution delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams (R&amp;D, marketing, technical support) to drive customer success.
Provide updates on customer activity, pricing, competitive landscape, and product performance.
Maintain accurate records in CRM, including daily activity logs and sales pipeline tracking.
This role is designed with a clear path to team management.
Mentor service engineers, and develop the skills needed to manage a team.

Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% of the time within the territory and for customer, distributor, and company engagements.
Leadership potential 
Proven success selling into CNC machine shops, aerospace manufacturers, and metal forming operations
Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts while maintaining high-margin relationships
Self-motivated, field-oriented, and comfortable managing complex accounts
Skilled at analyzing data to inform sales strategies and make impactful decisions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Education &amp; Experience
·         Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field

The Senior Accountant ensures accurate and timely financial reporting by maintaining up-to-date financial records in accordance with accepted accounting principles and company policies.
1. Financial close and reporting   
Complete assigned month-end closing activities to ensure Business Day 4 (BD4) close and timely submission of financial results to Headquarters.
Prepare, review, and post accurate and timely general journal entries.
Calculate and record month-end provisions within areas of responsibility.
Ensure alignment and reconciliation between SAP and Power BI reporting systems.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial and business transaction records.
Review and investigate discrepancies between invoices and planned purchase costs.
Identify reasons for variances and prepare appropriate cost allocations.
Ensure accurate accounting related to company purchases.
Monitor and control business credit card expense reporting and accounting.
Perform monthly cash reconciliations (local and foreign currency).
Prepare and review bank reconciliations.
Review and verify payment documentation in accordance with payment day procedures.
2. Internal Controls, Compliance &amp; Process Improvement 
Prepare and submit required statutory filings to state and federal authorities.
Manage local tax filings and compliance requirements.
Review annual corporate tax filings.
Ensure accounting methods, policies, and procedures comply with applicable regulations and company standards.
Maintain accurate and organized accounting files and documentation.
Provide support during external audits.
Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with accounting principles.
Recommend and implement improvements to accounting systems and procedures.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Education &amp; Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field required
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
Certifications &amp; Licenses
CPA license preferred
Strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Technical &amp; Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred, including:
Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Complex formulas
