Votre rôle ent tant que Stagiaire Réglementation / Labelling &amp; Packaging !!! 

Missions Principales : 50 % labelling &amp; Packaking et 50% réglémentation
  
Validation de la Conformité des Étiquettes et du Packaging :
 - Vérifier la conformité des étiquettes des produits de la marque Motul.
- Assurer que le labelling et packaging respectent les exigences réglementaires européennes et mondiales (recyclabilité, informations légales, etc.).
- Assister Sabrine, notre Labelling and Packaging Regulatory Engineer, dans la gestion et la mise en conformité des informations sur les emballages et les étiquettes des produits.

Gestion de la Base de Données Recyclabilité : 
- Aider à la mise à jour d'une base de données sur la recyclabilité des produits Motul à l’échelle mondiale et européenne.
- Identifier et documenter les réglementations de recyclabilité dans les différents pays (en particulier en Europe et dans les différents états aux USA).
- Analyser et compiler les exigences spécifiques des différents éco-organismes (Citeo, Cyclevia, etc.) et des autorités locales en matière de recyclabilité.

Suivi de la Conformité Réglementaire :
 - Participer au suivi des déclarations annuelles des produits auprès des éco-organismes, notamment Citeo et Cyclevia.
- Collaborer avec les équipes locales dans chaque pays pour garantir que les produits respectent les normes et la réglementation sur la recyclabilité.

Collaboration avec l’Équipe Internationale :
- Travailler avec les membres de l’équipe en France, au Brésil et aux États-Unis.
- Assurer une communication efficace en anglais pour les échanges avec les équipes internationales.
- Assister dans la rédaction et la gestion de la documentation en anglais, conformément aux exigences des réglementations mondiales. 
 
 Créer une base de données FDS matières 1eres via le logiciel de création de fds Lisam/Excess  :
Intégrer le listing de toutes les matières 1eres (+ de 700)  
Mettre à jour la base des fds  
Créer une base coordonnées fournisseurs matières 1eres  
Créer une base interne de communication pour la mise à jour de ces fds via courriel (interne Usine + parties prenantes stockage/transport) + réaliser une campagne massive de mise à jour 
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
A propos de toi : 
-Tu prépares un Master en Chimie, QSE/HSE (ou équivalent), avec une spécialisation ou un intérêt pour la réglementation des produits chimiques et la gestion de la recyclabilité.
- Tu as une nonne compréhension des réglementations internationales et européennes sur les produits chimiques, le recyclage, et la conformité des emballages.

- Tu as une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.
 
 
- Tu as de la motivation à apprendre les réglementations et processus complexes.

 Dans le cadre d’un CDI, et rattaché(e) au Manager Commercial, vos principales missions seront de conseiller, négocier et vendre notre gamme complète de lubrifiants et de produits à haute valeur ajoutée auprès d’une clientèle de revendeurs et d’utilisateurs sur les départements confiés (secteur 86/79)
 En véritable chef d’orchestre de votre secteur, vous vous organiserez et vous développerez dans un souci d’efficacité et de qualité du service client afin de développer la performance commerciale et l’image de marque Motul afin de devenir le référent Lubrifiant haute performance de votre secteur à 360°.
Votre rôle en tant que Délégué Commercial 79-86 :

 - Assurer l’entretien et le développement du potentiel commercial du secteur en accord avec les priorités de la société et la politique commerciale nationale au sein des différents canaux de distribution (MRA, Concessionnaires, Spécialistes, Distributeurs locaux, etc.) et sur les différentes familles de produit (Auto, Moto, Utilitaires, Marine, Gardening, etc.).

 - Mettre en place les moyens organisationnels nécessaires (plan de tournée régulier, optimisation des déplacements, suivi des performances, plan de relance, etc.) auprès des clients professionnels Motul sur le secteur géographique concerné et en accord avec les objectifs de la société.

 - Assurer une prospection active et un recrutement régulier de nouveaux clients sur le secteur géographique concerné et en privilégiant les priorités assignées par la société.

 - Mettre en place de manière pro-active les plans promotionnels et de communication nationaux destinées aux différentes typologies de clients / canaux de distribution afin promouvoir les ventes ainsi que l’image de marque de Motul.

 - Effectuer une veille concurrentielle active et formaliser des remontées régulières afin de monitorer le positionnement de la marque par rapport à ses concurrents et sur les différents canaux/secteurs d’activité.

 - Représenter la marque et la société lors de salons, d'événements sportifs, ou autres, sur le territoire confié par la société ou au niveau national.

 - Informer la société de la situation particulière de chaque client et mettre à jour le fichier correspondant de la société et plus généralement, rendre compte de son activité à la société.

 - Adopter et utiliser les différents outils et instructions transmises en matière d’organisation (CRM, Excel, plans de tournées, etc…) et de gestion administrative pour promouvoir l’efficacité organisationnelle et la productivité.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
A propos de vous:
-  Vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie de la vente auprès de professionnels du secteur automobile ou du secteur utilitaires d’au moins 5 ans.
- Votre connaissance du réseau et votre relationnel sur la région seront vos atouts pour fidéliser et faire fructifier votre portefeuille de clients.

Implement Motul's long-term vision, mission, values and goals, in collaboration with the entire sales team
Build and partner with a network of distributors to develop and implement Motul sales strategy
Develop and review guidelines, pricing, product mix and brand portfolio
Regular monitoring and review of sales performance with distributors and improvement of sales strategies
Monitor sales figures and annual targets of distributors/wholesalers Develop and lead efforts to meet overall sales plan in area of responsibility
Develop and maintain business contacts with distributors, wholesalers, repair shops and MOTUL customers

University degree (Bachelor)

As Sales Specialist, you support MotulTech’s development in the metalworking segment with a strong focus on HVAC-related applications and aluminium hot forming. This is a hands-on role with structured onboarding and continuous training.

The Business Process Owner (BPO) – B2B platform is the long-term business owner of our global B2B e-commerce Platform, a major and strategic tool, channeling a significant part of the company’s global turnover.

Your role :

·       Define the business scope, objectives, and priorities for the B2B platform, ensuring a strong understanding of the needs of the different B2B customer segments.
·       Ensure that the platform strategy and roadmap support overall business objectives and commercial priorities.
·       Collaborate closely with IT, internal business teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
·       Establish governance for platform management and builds a community of key users across the organization to support adoption and continuous improvement.
·       Own the business product vision and roadmap for the global B2B platform, prioritizing business features and enhancements to drive customer engagement and value.

Your profile :
-Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management or business analytics, working closely with business teams to implement digital solutions.

-Strong understanding of integration points between Intershop (or equivalent B2B e-commerce platform) and SAP, including web services and data flows.

Manage customers in order to clarify: daily business, (order intake, tracking, control and adaption, credit notes, claim handling, product returns, debit notes), 1st level product guidance, delivery time tracking in SAP and CRM
Driving growth with NTR and additional Motul ranges
Supporting with weekly visits to distributors customers to grow sales
Data analysis to review sales performance and reporting
UK &amp; Ireland competitor mapping
Support for trade fairs/shows, agency contracts, sponsorships, multiple race events
Working with UK &amp; I Brand ambassadors
Develop new sales channels for Additives, Bike care &amp; Motul concepts for our importers&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
YOUR PROFILE: QUALIFICATION MEETS PERSONALITY!

Previous UK &amp; Ireland Motorcycle /Aftermarket trade experience
Sales and Marketing experience
Personal skills with a proven track record to establish credibility with key customers, prospects and business partners
Graduate level or comparable industry experience
Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe is advantage
Professional sales certifications an advantage
Sales/Negotiation skills training evidence
Ability to travel frequently in UK &amp; I

Visit all local branches of Inter Cars, Auto Partner, Interland (and other) in the designated area to build commercial relations with the branch managers and salespeople 
Manage network customers within the limits of influence
Driving Motul diversification in the area
Data analysis to review sales performance and reporting

Support local salespeople in the area
Support for trade fairs/roadshows, trade promos with local branches

This challenging position gives you responsibility for the end-to-end customer management within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, ensuring that customers receive their deliveries on time. Acting as the “One Face to the Customer”, you will be the central point of contact for our international/Poland customers. You will work closely with our warehouses, the sales field team and our shipping department. Other tasks include:

acting as the primary point of contact (“One Face to the Customer”) for our international customer base
full ownership of the customer relationship throughout the OTC process
accepting, registering and monitoring orders in SAP, including billing
managing and supporting B2B order platforms (e.g. B2B portals, TecCom) and
providing 1st level support to customers
updating prices and conditions in SAP
corresponding regularly with our customers by e-mail
tracking and monitoring backorders for customers
addressing and implementing specific adjustments
handling export orders according to currently valid export/customs regulations and customer requirements&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Key Account Verantwortung: Betreuung und Ausbau strategisch wichtiger Kunden und OEMs im Bereich Powersports. 
Vertriebspartner-Konzepte: Entwicklung, Implementierung und Monitoring von Partnerschaftsprogrammen. 
Partner-Coaching: Beratung und Training unserer Vertriebspartner und deren Verkaufsteams – mit technischer Kompetenz und Verkaufsstärke. 
Marktanteile steigern: Umsetzung konkreter Maßnahmen zur Umsatz- und Marktanteilssteigerung. 
Produkt-Fokus: Vorantreiben des Wachstums unserer Kernprodukte – Motorradöle (2T/4T), MC Care, Additive, Kühlmittel, Gabel- und Dämpferöle sowie Marine.
